This flour was created by a woman in Bellwood, PA. This woman had a lot of incentive for creating an excellent gluten free flour. Four members of her family have celiacs disease! I just tried it with sugar cookies and cake with excellent results. You can use it cup for cup in any of your favorite recipes. Stop in and try some. I think you will be glad you did.
